1. Our tour cost is based on base category rooms. If room upgradation is needed, supplement cost will be applicable.
2. Minimum 4 pax required to operate the trip on above mentioned tour cost, if only 2 pax booked on a trip/ operating with minimum 02 pax then Rs. 1,500/- per person supplement would be extra.
3. Extra Bed means extra mattress or rollaway bed.
4. AC will not work in hill stations.
5. Some hotels charge extras for using heaters, it will be payable directly at the hotel.
6. The Property D’s Casa is purely non-smoking hotel, smoking inside the room is not allowed, however you can smoke at smoking zone area at the hotels.
7. The Vehicles may or may not have power windows.
8. All sightseeing timings are subject to local road and traffic conditions.
9. The transportation/ hotel cost is subject to change and charge extra on the tour cost, if there will be hike in the rates of fuel prices or increase in hotel rates due to changes in the Govt taxes.
10. No refund or reduction will be given for any services, which are not utilized, mentioned in the Tour inclusions.
11. All buffet meal or room service will be provided as per hotel policy.

Remarks
- The per person cost is calculated on the basis of minimum 04 adults travelling together on TWIN sharing.
- The cost is not applicable for the Single travelling passenger.
- Extra adult is the 3rd person who shares the same DBL room, is provided with an extra bed or roll away mattress.
- Mostly the Hotel/Camps allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12 yrs. of age with one extra bed.
- Due to Covid Guidelines few of the services are not operational in Hotel/Camp.

- Company holds No Responsibility on the Condition of the Vehicle, Behaviour of the Transport Staff and the Seat Numbers (in Bus) Allocated to the Guest. This is an Outsourced Service and we only act as Facilitator between Transport and Guest.
- Generally the Bus Arrives Dharamshala early in the Morning. Early Check-In at the Hotel is Always Subject to Availability.
- Many times in Hill Stations, Weather Changes are very Frequent. Expenses Incurred due to Traffic Jam, Road Blockage, Land Sliding, Snow Fall, Heavy Rain, etc. are to be borned by the Guest.
- Complimentary Arrival / Departure transfers (if included) are provided as per schedule fixed by the hotel.
- Unless otherwise specified, all Complimentary transfers are provided by Non air condition vehicle only. Private transfers in air condition vehicle can be arranged at an Extra cost (Please check the cost at the time of making reservation).
- To avail the arrival transfers please check the hotel representative holding the placard of your name / hotel name.
- Transfers and Sightseeing tours (if included) are on SIC (seat in coach) / shared basis.
- Please provide government issued id’s to process the reservation.
- The guest must carry confirmed hotel voucher at the time of Check in at hotel.
- In hotels for an extra Adult / Child either Rollaway bed or mattress shall be provided.
- The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
- Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel.
- The Standard check in time of the hotel is 2 PM & check out time of the hotel is 11 AM (exact timings may be reconfirmed with the hotel directly).
- For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
- It is at the discretion of the hotel to provide buffet service or fixed menu meals depending on the occupancy of the guest in the hotel.
- Numbers of meals are always corresponding to the number of nights booked. Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival.
- Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
- The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
- Cost of additional services availed by the guest which are not part of our package inclusions are to be settled directly at the hotel.
- Mini bar facility (if available) in the hotels is on chargeable basis.
- Proper swim wears are necessary to avail the Swimming pool facility (if available).
- It is mandatory to carry the age proof of children (02 to 11 yrs) and infant (below 02yrs) along with other travel documents. Child above 11 years shall be considered for an adult cost.

In view of the COVID-19 situation, different state governments have laid out their respective protocols for passengers coming to their states as visitors/tourists. Before you travel, make sure to read and understand the complete guidelines of the city/state you are travelling to, especially whether there is a mandatory requirement for RT-PCR test. Cancellation Policy:
- Advance booking amount to confirm the reservation: 100% of the package amount.
- If cancellation is made any time not less than 45 days prior to departure: 20% of total package cost.
- If cancellation is made 45 to 30 days prior to departure: 30% of total package cost.
- If cancellation is made 30 to 15 days prior to departure: 50% of total package cost.
- If cancellation is made 15 to 10 days prior to departure: 75% of total package cost.
- If cancellation is made within 10 days prior to departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
Online Booking Procedure
- To book online, you need to make payment as per the minimum booking amount specified in “Book Online” section of this package OR Rs. 10,000/- per person.
- As soon as you make an online booking, you will receive a booking voucher in your email.
- You will receive a call from our support staff about your booking status.
- We will start the process at our end while you sit back at home and dream about your holiday.
- The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:
- If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
- You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
- Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
- If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
- You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
- Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
- Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
- If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
- You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
- Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
- Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
- If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
- You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
- No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
- Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will share package to you.
